BOOKING PROCESS

1. Consult

Bring your biggest ideas to Vashti. Consults can happen over the phone or Zoom. No idea is too crazy. Vashti will design a creative strategy to connect your vision to movement.

2. Confirm

After your consult, Vashti will send a digital proposal, contract, and invoice for e-signature. All services are provided through Vashti's creative company, VG Talent & Services®.

3. Create

Vashti keeps you involved throughout the creative process. There are revision periods for creative adjustments. The goal is a final product that reflects your vision.

Meet the Artist

Vashti Goracke is an international award-winning choreographer whose artistry spans concert dance, musical theater, opera, film, multi-media, and live production.As a dance cinema choreographer, she is among a small number of artists worldwide actively developing faith-based dance cinema as a serious narrative form. Her dance film work has been recognized across three continents, with awards and distinctions received in Australia, the Philippines, and Germany.Choreographic ExperienceWith over a decade of experience, Goracke’s corporate and nonprofit choreography includes event productions for Farmer’s Insurance, the Florida Bar, the Niles Children’s Home Foundation, and Harbour Hope International. Her concert dance repertoire encompasses productions for Russian Ballet Orlando, Spacecoast Ballet Company, Lawrence Opera Theatre, the Lawrence Arts Center Dance School, the Continental Ballet Company School, the University of Kansas School of Music and Dance, the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music and Dance, and multiple independent dance studios.

Faith-Based CommissionsHer faith-based, multimedia choreography covers commissions for Arts Fellowship Orlando, Discovery Church in Orlando, First Presbyterian Church in Orlando, Wooddale Church in Eden Prairie Minnesota, Hosanna Lutheran Church in Mankato Minnesota, and Lakeland Community Church in Lee’s Summit Missouri, among others — each developed in direct collaboration with the organization’s staff, space, and culture.Production ExpertiseGoracke’s choreographic artistry is founded on a breadth of technical experience that is distinctive in the field — spanning stage management, lighting design, film direction, and post-production editing, disciplines where female leadership is still emerging. These additional skills allow her to bring a complete understanding of how productions are built from the ground up, making her a trusted collaborator for directors, producers, composers, conductors, multimedia artists, and visual designers across a wide range of creative contexts.PerformanceGoracke’s choreography is grounded in firsthand performance experience spanning both the concert dance stage and the commercial industry. As a former professional dancer, she has performed with United Ballet Theatre, Russian Ballet Orlando, Continental Ballet, Twin Cities Ballet, Metropolitan Ballet, Lawrence Opera Theater, and Communitas Dance, and has appeared at churches and charitable events including the Sabes Jewish Community Center and the Philippine Medical Society. As a working commercial actress and model, she has appeared in principal and supporting roles for Best Buy, Shop HQ, MDR Television, Heart Television, Delta Airlines, MAC Cosmetics, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and Dillard’s, among others. This dual experience across performance disciplines directly shapes what she brings to her work as a choreographer and director.Training and Early RecognitionGoracke holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from the University of Kansas, where she earned a Certificate of Research in Psychoneuromuscular Injuries through the university’s Research Experience Program, and received the Jumpstart Award for Outstanding Achievement in Professional Development. She trained at the Conservatory of Music and Dance at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she was a two-time recipient of the Full Scholarship to the Artist INC Kansas City Business Program, awarded in recognition of outstanding choreographic work and artistic entrepreneurship. Her training was further deepened through summer dance intensives at the Juilliard School. Goracke attributes the foundation of her choreographic career to her first concert dance work, Like-Poetry, choreographed at sixteen and set on the Kansas Regional Ballet. The work received the Monticello Foundation Award for Choreography at the Mid-States Regional Dance America Festival and was subsequently adjudicated to appear at the American College Dance Association.Dancing The BibleIn 2026, Goracke founded Dancing The Bible™, a faith-based dance film platform creating short films rooted in the concepts and patterns of Scripture. Its debut film, KING, brings S.M. Lockridge’s sermon “That’s My King” to life through contemporary ballet, with the red letters of Christ embodied as living movement. The film has received festival recognition in the United States, Australia, and the Philippines, including awards for Best Micro Film, Best Choreography, and Best Cinematography at the Christian Film Festival. Each Dancing The Bible film is released with a digital devotional, small group and youth group studies, and a series of arts and faith talks, and is licensed to churches for worship services and special productions. Goracke is currently developing the platform’s next work, a silent dance film created with and for the Deaf community, telling Scripture entirely through movement.Continued ArtistryGoracke continues to develop work across film, live production, and faith-based dance cinema.
